Dinner of Possibilities
Berman's Upper School student body beautifully executed the 2nd annual student Dinner of Possibilities this past Sunday night. Chaired by Alia Turitz and Ezra Beletskiy, the event featured student art, their musical talents, a video about extracurricular and dramatic performances depicting the special nature of Mock Trial and Model UN. Beginning with a reception in the main hallway, more than 150 guests were welcomed in with hors d'oevrves and the opportunity to view student artists at work followed by a seated dinner and entertainment.
The Dinner of Possibilities, which was started last year under the leadership of Jonah Pinchot, '16, gives students the opportunity to plan, cook, shop, entertain, decorate and serve the guests. Students were supported by staffmembers Sheryl Blaufeld as the kitchen manager and Jennifer Zukerman who helped them plan the intricate details of the event, but the vision and execution was the work of the students.
Funds raised from this event will be used for additional extracurricular activities at Berman.
